New clients

Complete the Dosimetry Service Agreement to:

• create a group account number with NDS
• receive your first shipment of dosimeters

Existing clients

Complete the Dosimetry Service Agreement to:

• create a separate group account number for your company at a different location or in another department
• add an additional product-line

Once the completed service agreement is received by NDS, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the processing and shipping of your dosimeters.
