  • Enhancing communications and guidance with clarity on SGBA Plus and intersectionality
  • Strengthening SGBA Plus knowledge and capacity with enhanced learning, tools and resources to increase SGBA Plus competency
  • Developing strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance equity lenses and intersectional expertise in SGBA Plus

Outcomes

  • Staff and stakeholders systematically apply an intersectional SGBA Plus lens in policies, programs, legislation, regulation, services, research and Health Canada workplace initiatives
  • Policies, programs and services are informed by evidence-based analysis on intersections of identity
  • People living in Canada benefit from intersectional sex, gender and diversity informed federal health policies, programs, services, legislation, regulation and research
