- Increasing governance, accountability and transparency in the integration of Sex- and Gender-Based Analysis Plus (SGBA Plus) in Health Canada decision-making

- Enhancing communications and guidance with clarity on SGBA Plus and intersectionality
- Strengthening SGBA Plus knowledge and capacity with enhanced learning, tools and resources to increase SGBA Plus competency
- Developing strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance equity lenses and intersectional expertise in SGBA Plus
Outcomes
- Staff and stakeholders systematically apply an intersectional SGBA Plus lens in policies, programs, legislation, regulation, services, research and Health Canada workplace initiatives

- People living in Canada benefit from intersectional sex, gender and diversity informed federal health policies, programs, services, legislation, regulation and research
