The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment: Cameron MacKay becomes Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Mexican States. Mr. MacKay replaces Graeme Clark.
