Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland and Labrador – The Honourable Gudie Hutchings, Minister of Rural Economic Development and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Lebouthillier, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard will make an announcement at the Salmonid Interpretation Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor.
