It must be completed if the proposed activity involves the passive (display) or active (interactive demonstrations or specimen banks) possession of migratory birds, including whole specimens, their parts, eggs, and/or nests held as part of a collection. A complete Scientific permit application must include the completed modules relevant to all activities that are planned to be undertaken for the project/program.
