17th Conference of the Parties: public consultation

You are invited to provide input on species proposals and administrative proposals that will be discussed by COP17. These CITES CoP17 meeting documents are available on the website of the CITES Secretariat. Comments on the documents should be provided no later than July 31, 2016.

A public meeting will be held in Ottawa in June 2016 (details below). If you have not already done so, please confirm your interest in attending the Public Consultation Meeting, in person or by teleconference, by contacting the CITES International Team, Canadian Wildlife Service, or by fax at (819) 938-3984. An agenda for the meeting will be provided to meeting attendees before the meeting.
