Export of substances on the Export Control List for 2020

The Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 requires that notice be given to the minister prior to a proposed export of a substance specified in the Export Control List. Exports of substances on the Export Control List are governed by the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, and the Export of Substances on the Export Control List Regulations. The purpose of the regulations includes prohibiting these exports or establishing regulatory conditions applicable to them. This report presents exports notified under this regime for the calendar year 2020.
