Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying a condition of disposal at sea permit no. PYR-00452-1 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
10. Total quantity to be disposed of: not to exceed 200 000 cubic metres, place measure.
