Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying a condition of disposal at sea permit no. PYR-00260-1 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

3.Duration of permit: The permit is valid from August 9, 2022, to March 1, 2023.
