The following document, namely the Draft Compliance and Enforcement Policy for the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 is being placed on the CEPA Environmental Registry for a period of consultation and public comment that will last 60 days. This period will run from May 30, 2000 to July 28, 2000.
