The Government of Canada to make an announcement in Manitoba supporting the protection of nature to fight climate change

Winnipeg, Manitoba – July 17, 2024 – Media representatives are advised that Terry Duguid, Member of Parliament for Winnipeg South and Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister and Special Advisor for Water will make an announcement, on behalf of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, to support exciting new conservation projects that are permanently protecting critical habitat and playing a key role in the fight against climate change.
