Create a My Service Canada Account
Creating an account takes just a few steps. This is a one-time action. The next time you visit, all you have to do is sign in.
You must:
- be at least 12 years old
- access and use MSCA only as yourself. No one is authorized to use or create an account on your behalf.

The registration number is on your birth certificate, which is issued by your province or territory after you are born.
What is a Unique Client Identifier?
It is an identification number (client ID) issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

We can send you a code to verify your identity. This code has 7 digits. You need to request it from Service Canada.
