Organizations solicited for this funding
We determined that a solicited call for proposals was the most effective process. We identified the organizations and invited them to apply under this funding for the following reasons:
- their knowledge and experience in delivering literacy and essential skills programming
- their ability to quickly implement large-scale projects
- their capacity to integrate foundational and transferable skills into their programming
- their mandate
