The collection of personal information is authorized by section 4(2)(b) of the Department of Canadian Heritage Act and is required to subscribe to the mailing list. The use of this personal information is in accordance with the Privacy Act. The personal information collected is described in Personal Information Bank PSU 914 – Public Communications. Your information will be kept for the duration of your subscription.

Under the Privacy Act you have the right of access to, and correction of, your personal information.
