Governments of Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador to make an announcement on access to early learning and child care

The Honourable Gudie Hutchings, Minister of Rural Economic Development and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, and the Honourable Krista Lynn Howell, Newfoundland and Labrador’s Minister of Education, will announce measures to increase access to early learning and child care in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The announcement is being made on behalf of the Honourable Jenna Sudds, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development.
