The aim of the project is to strengthen the Gaspésie tourism circuit and Percé as a destination by developing an aerial circuit and offering tourism accommodations.

The main activities undertaken are the acquisition and development of land; the construction of an aerial circuit and installation of an elastic for inverted jumps; the acquisition of equipment; and the construction and fitting out of one-of-a-kind accommodation units, a wilderness campsite with 30 spots, a sanitary block, a reception building, and equipment storage.

CED’s assistance covers the construction of the aerial circuit, including the elastic for inverted jumps and safety equipment.

Domaine Signature inc.

Sainte-Anne-des-Monts

The aim of the project is to launch Domaine Signature, a year-round tourism accommodations establishment.

The main activities undertaken are the acquisition of a building; renovation work to create five accommodation units; the acquisition of furniture, a telecommunications system, and reservation software; and the creation of a transactional website.

CED’s assistance covers overall project costs, except for the purchase of the building.

The aim of the project is to enhance the tourism experience at Riôtel Percé by modernizing its accommodations.

The main activities undertaken are the completion of modernization work on 40 accommodation units, the replacement of doors and windows, improvements to the hallways and the parking lot, and the acquisition of laundry equipment.

CED’s assistance covers the costs involved in modernizing the 40 accommodation units.

The aim of the project is to develop the tourism experience at [ÈST] éco-cabines, thereby strengthening the Gaspésie tourism circuit.

The main activities undertaken are the construction and fitting out of a spa including a dry sauna, a hammam, a cold tank, a hot tank, and two relaxation areas.

CED’s assistance covers the construction of the spa (building contractor fees, excavation, materials, and labour).

Riôtel Bonaventure (Le Château Blanc de Bonaventure (1994) inc.)

Bonaventure

The aim of the project is to modernize the tourism accommodations on offer at Riôtel Bonaventure (formerly Le Château Blanc de Bonaventure).

The main activities undertaken are the modernization of 20 accommodation units; the replacement of doors and windows; the addition of privacy screens to room balconies, patio furniture, and a sign; the renovation of the administration office and reception area; the installation of a new Internet infrastructure; the addition of an electric vehicle charging station; and improvements to the laundry room.

CED’s assistance covers the costs involved in modernizing the accommodation units and the installation of a new charging station.

The business wishes to provide more comfort and services to its clientele.

The main activities undertaken are the modernization of eight accommodation units and an apartment in the main building and three accommodation units in Cullen House; the refurbishment of the bathrooms and conference rooms; the replacement of floor coverings; the completion of work outdoors; the acquisition of furniture and equipment for the multi-purpose room; and the acquisition and installation of outdoor equipment including two electric charging stations and bicycle parking.

CED’s assistance covers all the work except the replacement of the floor coverings, the acquisition of furniture and equipment for the multi-purpose room, and outdoor work.

The aim of the project is to improve the tourism experience at Hostellerie Baie Bleue.

The main activities undertaken are the acquisition and installation of heating and air conditioning systems for 90 units and the replacement of the climate controls in the central building; work to insulate, aerate and heat the Le Fani pavilion basement; the replacement of the lighting system in the Convention Centre, the common areas and the bathrooms with LED technology; the construction of a patio for the pool; the installation of a water and sewer system; electrical work to fit out five additional campsites with services; the acquisition of an electric all-terrain vehicle; the development of an access path for snowmobiles; and the acquisition and installation of two electric charging stations.

The aim of the project is to develop a camping area and offer a variety of services to travellers.

The main activities undertaken are the acquisition of two ready-to-camp trailers; improvements to two cottages and the shower room; the acquisition of washers/dryers; the development and filming of a documentary on the sinking of the Frederika Lensen; the acquisition of broadcasting equipment; the construction of a platform and outdoor space to present the documentary to tourists, including the purchase of street furniture; an upgrade to the website and online reservation platform; marketing and advertising costs; the purchase of an electric cart; and the development of a mini-golf site.

CED’s assistance covers overall project costs except for the ready-to-camp trailers, the mini-golf, and marketing costs.

The aim of the project is to modernize the spaces and enhance the services offered to clients of the Hôtel Interprovincial (known as Restaurant Pastali inc.).

The main activities undertaken are the construction of a snowmobile shelter; the development of a gazebo with a picnic table and BBQ, as well as an outdoor play area for children; the acquisition of multimedia equipment for the establishment’s corporate room; the installation of electric hot water reservoirs; and landscaping work.

The aim of the project is to modernize what the Motel Fraser business offers.

The main activities undertaken are improvements to 13 accommodation units; the renovation of a room adapted for persons with reduced mobility, including work to the hallway and access door; and the acquisition of mattresses and bedding.

CED’s assistance covers the cost of renovating the accommodation units, including the room being adapted and the work on the hallway and access door.

The aim of the project is to improve the tourism experience at Les Chalets de la Mer by modernizing the accommodations the business offers.

The main activities undertaken are the acquisition and installation of electric fireplaces for the eight cottages on site, the addition of rustic decorations in the cottages, the construction of a spa corner and outdoor sauna, the installation of an indoor sauna, and the development of a site with new hammocks, outdoor fireplaces and solar lighting.

The aim of the project is to develop accommodations that will strengthen the Société de restauration et de gestion de la Nouvelle inc. as a tourism micro-destination.

The main activities undertaken are the acquisition of and improvements to four cottages available for tourism rentals, the acquisition and installation of four spas, and the establishment of a water playground.

CED’s assistance covers the improvements to the cottages, the acquisition and installations of the spas, and related electrical work.

The aim of the project is to develop infrastructure and services to improve the experience for touring cyclists and to modernize the main building.

The main activities undertaken are the construction of a garage to store the bicycles of touring cyclists, the acquisition of the tools and materials needed to maintain and repair bicycles, improvements to the main building, and membership in Vélo Québec.

CED’s assistance covers the construction of a storage space for bicycles, the acquisition of tools/materials, and the replacement of two exterior doors on the main building.
