To develop the tourism accommodations on offer in the Haute-Mauricie region. This project is the first phase in the opening of eight new rental cottages in the region. The main activities undertaken are the construction and development of two rental cottages, hiking trails, a spa, and a transactional website, as well as the acquisition of outdoor equipment and a shed to store it in. |
CED’s contribution covers all project costs, apart from the development of hiking trails. |

To provide accommodations in the form of micro-cabins, ready-to-camp outfits, and campsites and to provide a variety of outdoor activities to establish the Haut-Saint-Maurice region as a tourism microdestination. The main activities undertaken are the development of the site; the installation of platforms for the domes; the acquisition of a mini ready-to-camp outfit and camping and accommodation equipment; the development of a website, promotional tools, and a brand; and the acquisition of outdoor equipment. |
CED’s contribution covers all project costs, except for the promotional tools, a portion of the website, the development of a brand, and Internet expenses. |
