10030 Annex A - JCR Community Program Personnel

• I will act honestly and without malice, exercise due caution and take reasonable care of any Crown property entrusted to me.
• I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for any liability resulting directly from my negligence.
• I confirm that I am participating freely and of my own accord in the activities of the JCR Patrol without compensation or any other thing of value in lieu of compensation. However, I may be eligible for reimbursement for expenses incurred in accordance with CJCR Gp Order 10060, Program Finance.
• I acknowledge and agree that this is not an employment agreement
• I acknowledge and agree that prior to being placed in a position of trust that I am required to successfully complete screening in accordance with CJCR Gp Order 10031, JCR Personnel Screening.
• I agree that I will immediately notify the CRPG if after signing this agreement, I am charged with a criminal offence.
• I confirm that I am fully capable to execute the volunteer activities described below:
