For those units that are individually metered for utilities (heating, electricity, water, sewage), you will pay consumption charges directly to the supplier. For those units that are not individually metered, the utility charges are added to the rents listed below.

The Housing Services Centre is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., except holidays.
