Minister Anand to welcome Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of Poland Mariusz Błaszczak to Canada

May 7, 2023 – Ottawa, Ontario – National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces

On May 8, the Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of National Defence, will welcome Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of Poland, Mr. Mariusz Błaszczak, to Canada. During the visit, the ministers will hold a bilateral meeting to reaffirm Canada’s close ties with Poland and further advance our defence relationship.

9:00 a.m. Minister Błaszczak will be welcomed by Minister Anand and received by an honour guard.
