Take part in the Women in STEM Coalition’s hybrid panel discussion: Breaking the glass ceiling!

All are welcome to attend the Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Coalition panel discussion, “Inspire, Empower, and Build”, October 29, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:00 am EST at the Cafeteria in Building 10, Carling Campus, National Defence Headquarters or virtually via Teams. Stay after the panel to network from 11:00-12:00 pm and reconnect with peers from across Defence. The event will be broadcast live on MS Teams.
The discussion will kick off with keynote speaker Ms. Talia Beech, a highly skilled NATO data scientist with a wealth of experience and talent. Talia works at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) within NATO's Allied Command Transformation, where her leadership is revolutionizing how the Alliance enhances its capabilities. Her work is not just about technological advancement; it's about crafting solutions that safeguard and strengthen communities on a global scale. Talia will share her journey of empowering innovation: Bridging AI and Defence with Women at the Forefront.
Following the keynote, an interactive panel session will feature women from diverse backgrounds, offering valuable insights and perspectives. The event will conclude with ample time for networking and reconnecting with peers and panelists.
