We know how important it is to build healthy networks and feel a sense of belonging in our communities, but do we know how to create and maintain these connections in our everyday lives, especially in our current environment?

Defence Team members are invited to learn practical tips and strategies to foster better social connections that will lead to enhanced health, well-being, and higher performance in all areas of life.
