Message on behalf of the Public Service Commission to the Early Adopter Community for the GC Workplace Accessibility Passport

The Public Service Commission (PSC) is currently undertaking the transformation of the Government of Canada's recruitment system. This initiative is known as GC Jobs Transformation. One of its goals is to ensure the inclusivity and accessibility of the new recruitment solution and related processes.
To ensure that this goal is met, the PSC is looking to engage with persons with disabilities to participate in this important initiative. One-on-one sessions will be organized to gather insights from participants in the form of "journey maps". These maps will describe participants' experience with the staffing process and tools, including positive and unsatisfactory points. They will also identify areas for improvement and help address potential barriers.
