Your voice matters - take the 2021 Student Exit Survey!

August 12, 2021 - Defence Stories

As a student employee in the federal public service, you are encouraged to participate in the 2021 Student Exit Survey (SES). The SES is an important tool enabling you to share your experience in a confidential way and used to help improve people management practices within the public service.

All students are encouraged to participate in the survey, regardless of whether you are leaving, returning or being rehired elsewhere in the organization or the federal public service.

The 2021 Student Exit Survey is now live! Take the survey

The SES is led by the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO) within the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS). The SES is your opportunity to tell us about your recruitment, orientation, and workplace experiences over the 2021 summer student work term. By completing the survey, you will be playing an important role in helping us identify and address issues of concern in order to improve the student orientation process and ensure that all students are provided with meaningful learning opportunities and experiences in the federal public service.

The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and your email address and personal information will not be linked to your responses.

If you would like to book an appointment to do the survey by phone, need technical assistance or need more information, please contact PSES-SAFF@tbs-sct.gc.ca.
