Printed Collective Agreements

Please be advised that printed Collective Agreements for the PA, SV, TC and EB bargaining units will be delivered to Bases and Wings across Canada over the next 30 days. ADM (HR CIV) has coordinated delivery across the county to ensure that booklets are placed in high traffic/common areas for employees wishing to obtain a paper copy of their collective agreement.

The following areas have been identified for Phase 2 of delivery, please note that the limit is one copy per person.

Phase 3 messaging will be coming out shortly to outline instruction for less populated areas as well as areas that do not have an ADM (HR Civ) footprint.

Booklets will be available at the listed sites until 30 September 2021.  After that date, they will be available upon request while supplies last.

PHASE 2 sites

ATLANTIC Region

Greenwood / Berwick-Kingston / Aldershot

Pick up: Copies will be delivered to the applicable units through DCO’s. Extra copies will be held at 14 Wing HQ through the HR/Business Planner at ext 5902.

EASTERN Region

Bagotville

Pick up: Individual copies have been mailed internally to impacted employees.

Montreal

Pick up: Distributed through Unit Admin Assistants

St. Jean-Sur-Richelieu

Pick up: Megastructure (Bldg B-182), Orange Sector – K-106 – Ground Floor, Nearby the entrance

NCR

Ottawa - Carling

Pick up: Bldg 5, K-16-01 across from LCC
