You will learn:
- How your brain health is affected by what you eat;
- The links between mental and physical health;
- How a healthy diet improves brain health and can reduce symptoms of depression;
- Why nutrition is as important for keeping your brain healthy as it is for heart health or athletic performance; and
- What nutritional factors and nutrients affect brain health.
