Women’s History Month Armchair Discussion – You’re Invited!

As part of the Government of Canada’s Women’s History Month activities and celebrations, Women and Gender Equality Canada invites all Defence Team members to participate in an armchair discussion on October 28, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. EDT.
This event is open to all Federal Government Employees and will celebrate the progress that has been made in the 50 years since the release of the ground-breaking Royal Commission Report on the Status of Women.
It will also explore the impacts of COVID-19 on diverse groups of women, and the importance of applying a GBA+ lens in planning our recovery and the safe restart of our economy.

Women’s History Month Armchair Discussion
To register:
- Click on the link. The link will take you to a Zoom page (note you will need to be disconnected from VPN to access the Zoom website), where you will need to provide your name, email address and job title.
- Once you have filled in all the information, click on the blue ‘register’ button.
- Zoom will send you an email containing the meeting credentials (meeting link, meeting ID and passcode) that are required to join the training session. If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your junk folder.
