Diversity and Inclusion Conference – October 27-29

The Government of Canada’s Diversity and Inclusion Conference 2020 will take place from October 27 to 29 under the theme ‘Building an Inclusive Future’.

In three 90-minute sessions, the program will take you from inspiration to action. The first session will set the stage with inspiring leaders exploring innovative ways to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. In the second session, guest speakers will reflect on the particular situation in their respective communities, what the data show so far, and the information sought to develop and adopt solutions that are inclusive and respect diversity. The conference will conclude with a forwarding-thinking session on how to apply a diversity lens in policies and programs.
