Phoenix Service Interruptions

As you know, access to the Compensation Web Applications (CWA) and the Phoenix Pay System is often unavailable due to scheduled maintenance and updates. To plan ahead, you can visit PSPC’s intranet page for service interruption date notices, pay services and other information.

Reminder: you need a myKey or D-PKI card to log in and access your pay, pension and health care plan information. If you have any issue or questions about myKey or the CWA, contact the appropriate services to resolve your issue.
