MOSID 00136 - Avionic Systems Technician (AVS TECH)
General Duties:
Avionics Systems (AVS) Technicians shall perform duties relating to
- operation,
- servicing and maintenance of aircraft,
- avionics related equipment and
- support equipment.
To be able to carry out his/her duties on land, at sea and onboard airborne aircraft the AVS TECH must be able to perform to all of the Generic Task Statements – All CAF Members located in the A-MD-154-000/FP-000 Annex B. As well, the following Table details the specific MES related duties for an AVS Tech at an applicable rank:
