Entry into force of the Protocol Between Canada and Luxembourg

The Protocol amending the Convention between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital entered into force on December 10, 2013. The Protocol was signed on May 8, 2012. The Protocol has effect in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Protocol.
