Canadian Coast Guard technical briefing on Atlantic winter icebreaking operations

The Canadian Coast Guard will offer a technical briefing for media on the start of the winter icebreaking operations throughout the Atlantic. Coast Guard officials will be available to answer questions from accredited media.
