• Charlottetown Metal Products Ltd (CMP) is a subsidiary of FPS Food Process Solutions Corp. CMP has been manufacturing hygienic processing equipment for food manufacturers around the world for over 65 years. Based just outside Charlottetown, PEI, CMP is one of PEI's top employers with over 165 staff. 

• FPS Food Process Solutions is a global supplier of turn-key freezing and cooling equipment. Established in 2010, FPS has 19 locations across five continents and employs over 900 staff around the world.

• The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency’s (ACOA) Regional Economic Growth through Innovation (REGI) program helps businesses and non-profit organizations develop a strong, dynamic and inclusive economy.

• The National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) helps small and medium-sized businesses build innovation capacity and take ideas to market through financial assistance, advisory services and connections to the best business and R&D expertise in Canada.

• Innovation PEI is an economic development agency and a crown corporation of the Government of Prince Edward Island providing funding and expertise to enable strategic sectors, accelerate entrepreneurship, and foster innovation.
