South Ridge Maple
ACOA Assistance: $500,000 (BDP Repayable)

The project included the development of a 230 hectare maple sugary in Knowlesville. This includes site preparation, 20,000 taps, lines, pumps, reverse osmosis, electrical power, a monitoring system, a building to house equipment and related maple production equipment.


RDB Sugary Inc.
ACOA Assistance: $207,500 (BDP Repayable)

This project is to help RDB Sugary expand by adding 31,000 taps to its existing operation in Johnville. Project costs include purchasing specialized maple syrup production equipment and installing additional lines.

North Side Maple Grove Inc.
ACOA Assistance: $127,000 (BDP Repayable)

With this contribution, North Side Maple Grove Inc. will expand its maple sugar operation in Drummond from 5,000 taps to 19,000 taps. This includes installing additional tubing, electricity as well as purchasing and installing additional equipment.

MCC Maple Inc.
ACOA Assistance: $500,000 (BDP Repayable)

With this project, MCC Maple plans to expand its operations in Johnville by building a cabin and pumping stations, purchasing and installing maple syrup processing equipment, as well as electrical hook-up.

KG Properties
ACOA Assistance: $130,550 (BDP Repayable)

The company plans to establish a new maple sugary in Maple View, operating under the name Maple View Sugar. The project consists of installing tubular and related maple syrup processing equipment needed to create an 11,000 tap operation over two years.
