Aide-Memoire - Annex E - Appointment Scroll

All new appointees are presented with a nomination certificate similar to a commission scroll signed by the Governor General and the Minister. This document will only be initiated after Director Senior Appointments (DSA) receives confirmation from Army Headquarters that the member has personally accepted the nomination.
