4 Construction Engineering Squadron

4 Construction Engineering Squadron (CES) is the RCAF’s Centre of Excellence for airfield construction engineering. 4 CES evaluates and prepares airfields for operational aircraft use, and provides terrain mission support capabilities to 2 Wing as well as other Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) units.
