Canada Revenue Agency's 2018 Serving You Better consultations with small and medium businesses

Starting in the fall of 2018, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will hold Serving You Better consultations with small and medium businesses and accountants.

Small and medium businesses will be able to share feedback face-to-face with CRA senior officials at sessions hosted by local chambers of commerce, and accountants will be able to share feedback with CRA senior officials at sessions hosted by Chartered Professional Accountants Canada in cities across Canada.

Participants will be able to share their views on the CRA’s work to improve services and to share ideas for CRA program and service enhancements that address the needs of small and medium businesses.

Participants who are unable to attend in person or who want to share feedback right away can give feedback online.
