Conflict Solutions and Services – Program

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has integrated its 4 recourse structures into one agency called Conflict Solutions and Services (CSS). The 4 recourse structures were previously known as:

• Harassment prevention
• Human rights and diversity complaints
• CAF grievance authority
• Alternative dispute resolution

The CSS program provides Defence Team (DT) members a better way to submit, track, and resolve complaints. CSS helps DT members:

• manage conflicts and complaints faster by working with you to meet your personal needs;
• solve conflict earlier in the complaint process by providing you with support and informal options.
